PhpMyAdmin Data Import

Data format was as follows:
* No first line/header
* Each line had exact number of fields for data
* Each field was separated with a semi-colon (;)
* Each field was enclosed with double-quotes (“…”)
* Inside each field there were no double-quotes (replaced with single-quotes)
* The end of each line had nothing but the standard newline character
* Each field that was blank still had the two double quotes and semi-colon as a placeholder

Worked great!
